Every option is end-to-end: we drop-ship kits to your customers, handle return shipping and run the lab, or partner with the lab of your choice.

Why don't you publish prices?
Pricing depends on how you launch, which tests and reports you sell, and your volumes. A short call gets you an exact, written quote instead of a range.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for generic kits. Custom-branded kits start at a 1,000-kit pre-order.
How is the AI LLM priced?
It is usage-based, quoted with your plan, so you know the rate before launch.
Is shipping included?
We drop-ship kits to your customers and handle return shipping. Shipping is quoted by destination.
Can we change options later?
Yes. Partners often start on the branded app and move to the API as they build their own product.
Can customers upload DNA data they already have?
Yes. Uploaded files skip the test, so you pay only for the reports.
